We are so blessed to have Good & Twisted in Chaska! While we often lament about the lack of restaurants and activities in Chaska, we hit the jackpot when JJ chose to open Good & Twisted here! I believe it is one of the top studios in the Twin Cities. JJ and her team are wonderful and knowledgeable teachers that create a safe and welcoming experience for all levels. If you are just beginning or looking for a challenge, you will find it here. In addition to a variety of class formats, G&T offers regular educational and specialized classes. And if you really want to embrace the yogi lifestyle, you can learn and practice Ayurveda with fellow yogis in a supported community. Love this place and 110% recommend you take advantage of your first week free and check it out. Namaste

I had never done yoga before. From the second I stepped into the studio I was welcomed and accepted for what I could do. There is no pressure to preform or be pushed beyond what I was comfortable with. I tell everyone I can how much I enjoy it and where I go to feel great! Thanks G&T!

I initially talked with the owner, Jennifer, who was responsive in answering my questions, telling me about the studio & classes as well as helping me get set up so I could try a class as soon as I wanted. So this morning I attended one of the yoga classes and it was awesome! The studio is lovely & tastefully set up & decorated. The yoga studio is a nice size, has soft lighting, is warm & comfortable, has a cushioned floor, & is just large enough in class size to be interesting yet feels more personal. The instructor was knowledgeable, guided us well through the postures, breathing, and timing of the class. I felt more calm, peaceful and energized after the class & after a nice shower (was sweating) felt great!

Several years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, which has made finding suitable physical activity challenging. The running and high-impact fitness classes I used to enjoy just left me feeling sick for days. So I stopped doing any activity except walking. After years of saying I should try yoga, I finally used the free week offered at Good & Twisted Yoga, and I’m so glad I did! I love how Good & Twisted Yoga classes challenge me, but I leave the classes feeling strong and energized. I may be a bit sore the following day, but I don’t feel sick and drained for days like with high-impact activities. I’m looking forward to deepening my yoga practice and seeing what physical and mental health benefits my practice brings into my life

I had a 90 minute massage from Katherine McCabe. I have had two spinal surgeries and was tentative about a massage. I didn’t need to worry. It was the best massage I have ever had. I have been back multiple times and will continue to see her. Katherine is highly professional and attuned to my physical needs and limitations. You are in great hands with Katherine!

Very happy with the variety of classes offered, and variety from one session to the next in the same class. Happy with the teachers and the studio amenities.

Sarah’s early morning classes have the right balance of challenge without being difficult to follow. I never regret getting up early for them.

I’m so glad I found Good & Twisted Yoga! The instructors are so kind and patient with someone new to yoga. I have gotten stronger and regained flexibility in a few short months of regular classes. Some old injuries are responding in positive ways thanks to all of the excellent instructors. Yoga would have been a great choice for me years ago and I’m grateful for it in my life today!

Welcoming atmosphere; not intimidating at all. Clean studios and locker rooms. Instructors are awesome!
