STUDIO SPACE AND HOURS

Our spacious lobby welcomes you with beautiful décor, comfortable seating, complimentary tea, and fun & functional yoga merchandise. We have bottled water for sale ($1). If you forget your yoga mat or a sweat/shower towel, don’t worry-we provide mat rentals for $2 and towel rentals for $1. You’ll have access to everything you need for a successful practice-studios are equipped with yoga blocks, straps and blankets (please bring your own props during COVID).  Studio doors are locked while class is in session.  Doors are open 20 minutes before & 1/2 hour after each class (and by appointment, just contact us to schedule a visit!).

LOCKER ROOMS

Our men’s and women’s locker rooms are equipped with a changing area, bathrooms, and showers stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towel rentals are available for $1.  No need to bring your own hairdryer; they are provided as well.

STUDIO A; STUDIO B

Good & Twisted Yoga has two yoga studios (heated Studio A and non-heated Studio B) equipped with props (blocks, straps, blankets, and eye pillows) and a sound system. Each studio has specialized Zebra Yoga Flooring, specifically designed to meet the demands of yoga practice. It is anti-bacterial/microbial, cushioned for joint sensitive poses, and provides absorbing cushion for less stress on the body and less risk of injury.

Our larger heated studio uses radiant heat along with humidity. The occupants and objects in the room are heated first, rather than the air, which uses less energy and helps promote a healthier environment. Students enjoy the benefits of silent heating during class with no interruptions of noise, stirring of dust, germs, or odor. Our mechanical air exchange system ensures that fresh air is always present.
