I grew up in Sioux Falls, SD and graduated from UCF in Orlando, FL.  I started my career in the tourism industry where I sat at a desk or was standing for long periods of time.  I woke up most mornings with tension headaches and lower back pain.  I lived with this pain for a few years until I went to massage therapy school.  It was there that I discovered relief from pain using different massage techniques.  It became my mission in life to introduce others to the value and benefits of therapeutic massage!

*Massage Techniques Defined:

Swedish – Uses long gliding strokes with lighter pressure to warm up the muscles.

  • Improves muscle tone by kneading the muscles. This also helps to prevent injuries. reduce emotional and physical stress.

Neuromuscular Therapy – Specific techniques and routines clinically taught for the treatment of soft tissue complaints and injuries.

  • Whiplash, carpal tunnel, sciatica, lower back, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, and frozen shoulder can be helped with this therapy.

Trigger Point – Direct pressure is applied to specific points of muscle areas to release muscle tension and reduce pain.

  • Helps relieve pain from overuse, inflammation, trauma, and nerve pain.

Acupressure, Head, Face and Ear Massage – Soothing massage that stimulates circulation to release muscle tension.
